The MSc in Applied Archaeological Sciences, comprised by 10 Modules, has been designed by the International Telematic University Uninettuno in order to provide the necessary knowledge and expertise to students, researchers, managers and leaders of the Cultural Heritage sector. The emphasis is on applied sciences in material culture in an international and local setting and the program draws on an emerging body of knowledge and evidence to allow implementations across different countries and systems. Briefly, the intensive program aims at postgraduate training and scientific expertise in the applications of instrumentations, methodologies and digital systems from the natural sciences to archeology and cultural heritage. Both at a theoretical and mainly practical level of acquiring more professional supplies and wider training of people with special interests in this subject. Focuses at the recruitment of specialized knowledge, beyond the introduction to the undergraduate level, in depth, width, comparative and reflective, including experimental implementation of portable instrumentation and software management in the learning of technological «tools» in a comprehensible and well received way that is completed in a Master’s thesis.
